Cyberlunch – Heiko H. Caimi

Translated from the Italian by the author with Tom Phillips

Among the crazy figures
I jump and roll over
randomised madly
in the empty utopia
of cable data
dispersing channels
through the infinite rooms
of typing
and in mind’s fractals
get lost
like deep space wanderers
on the finite trail
of the unknowable
deceit of the night.
Frugal my cybernetic meal
broken mind
on the cliffs
of my cyberlunch
bare as a girdle
between the scales
of my shoals
I consume loves
type hearts
assimilate moods
and emit
virtual
sentences of vitality.
